GVK Group is providing the Steel fixing and Post tension package on Substation No.164. Built Development Group is redeveloping and restorating two adjoining heritage listed buildings, including a former electricity sub-station and a disused office/warehouse building and converting them into Built’s Headquarters and retail space.
